Position Overview:
Are you a dedicated customer service professional with a passion for sports? Join our team as a Regional Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer experiences, managing order entries, and meticulously attending to details.
Key Responsibilities:
Exceptional Customer Care: Provide unparalleled customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
Order Entry Management: Accurately process and manage customer orders, ensuring all details are captured correctly and efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Thoroughly review orders, verifying specifications, quantities, and other crucial information to maintain precision in order fulfillment.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts by ensuring a seamless order process and providing vital information for customers.
Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our product lines, allowing you to assist customers with their inquiries and needs effectively.
Problem-Solving: Swiftly address and resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies, maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
Engage with Customers: Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on order status, delivery times, and any relevant information.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with various teams, including production and logistics, to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
