Job Title: Account Manager – Commercial Landscape
Location: College Park, MD
Compensation: Base salary in the $80–85K range plus commissions on enhancement sales and new maintenance contracts, company vehicle, PTO, 401k match, and additional perks.

Position Overview
The Account Manager will oversee a diverse book of commercial, retail, office, and multifamily properties that outsource landscape services. This is a newly created position due to company growth and offers the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, ensure quality performance, and drive enhancement sales to elevate each property’s appearance and value.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular property walks to assess quality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Present enhancement ideas and proposals to clients to unlock each property’s potential.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
- Develop accurate estimates and proposals for both maintenance and enhancement projects.
- Oversee renewals and identify opportunities for additional services or new contracts.
- Partner with the Branch Manager to ensure financial goals are achieved and client expectations are exceeded.
- Participate in snow operations as needed (paid hourly during snow work).
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Landscape Account Manager or similar role in the commercial landscape industry.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to identify enhancement opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
- Working knowledge of landscape maintenance, horticulture, and estimating.
- Leadership skills to work collaboratively with crews and production managers.
