Job Summary
We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team! As Account Manager, you will be one of the direct contacts for various accounts in our system, working with both new and existing clients to retain their business and increase revenue, creating and hitting quarterly and annual sales goals. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive outlook and a go- getter attitude.
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads
Present, promote and sell services to business customers
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
Handle new and existing accounts and clients to increase revenue
Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times
Create new, realistic sales goals for the team
Work closely with other departments to further the company’s mission and hit goals
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or retail background preferred
