Account Manager – Remote (EST or CST preferred)

Position Overview
In this remote role, the Account Manager will maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Reporting to the senior sales leadership and working closely with teams like Client Services, Technology, and Finance, the Account Manager will be responsible for driving net dollar retention through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. This individual will be the primary point of contact for a designated client portfolio and serve as a key liaison between the client and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely renewals and project execution
Track revenue, activity, and contract cycles to maintain smooth operations
Communicate product updates and company news to clients
Monitor and maintain relationships with key contacts across client organizations
Record all client interactions in CRM systems
Maintain reporting to keep internal stakeholders informed
Qualifications
5+ years in sales or customer-facing roles at a B2B technology, data, or software company
Demonstrated success in customer support, sales, or account management
Experience working cross-functionally to support client outcomes
Self-motivated, data-driven, creative, and execution-focused
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and cadence tools
Highly organized and effective in a remote work environment
