    We’re hiring a client-focused Account Manager to oversee a $2.5M–$3.5M portfolio in the greater Houston area. This is a pure relationship-management role—no scheduling or crew oversight—just exceptional service, strategic upselling, and client trust.

    What You’ll Own:

    • Manage and grow a $3M book of business, serving HOAs, municipalities, and commercial clients
    • Act as the primary liaison between the client and the production team
    • Proactively attend client and board meetings to ensure alignment on scope, execution, and expectations
    • Drive enhancement sales, tree work, and seasonal upgrades
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure that service delivery matches contract commitments
    • Use Aspire (or similar software) confidently—not as a power user, but to stay ahead of issues
    • Help grow the Houston market while maintaining one of the best renewal rates in the business

    What You Won’t Do:

    • You won’t schedule crews or manage production directly

    • You won’t live in spreadsheets

    • You won’t be micromanaged

    Qualifications:

    • 3–5+ years of experience in landscape account management or commercial service industries
    • Comfortable presenting to HOA boards or senior property stakeholders
    • Knows how to drive revenue from an existing client base through communication and trust
    • Familiar with Aspire (or similar CRM/operational software)
    • Understands the Houston landscape market—or willing to dive in and learn fast

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base salary: $80,000–$90,000
    • Commissions: tiered structure
    • Company vehicle (with limited personal use)
    • Health, dental, and vision (Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Imet)
    • 401(k) with 100% match on first 3% + 50% match on next 2% (fully vested Day 1)
    • Rapid interview process: Two interviews, quick turnaround
