    Our client is seeking a hunter/farmer to help facilitate their growth by hiring the best consultative and relationship-based IT/software space. If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients and contacting decision-makers

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals, challenges and expectations

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and ensure timely delivery of services

    • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, engineering and operations to provide solutions that meet client requirements

    • Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction metrics

    • Resolve any issues or complaints that arise during the account lifecycle

    • Seek feedback from clients and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling or referrals

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field

    • 3+ years of sales experience in technology solutions or staffing services

    • Proven track record of closing deals with C-level executives in various sectors and industries

    • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Proficient in CRM software
