    This role sits at the center of client relationships for a growing commercial insurance brokerage preparing to scale significantly over the next few years. You’ll take ownership of a solid book, acting as the primary advisor to clients while ensuring service quality, retention, and operational execution stay ahead of growth.

    In this role, you will…

    • Own day-to-day management of a commercial lines book, serving as the primary client contact
    • Lead renewals, billing coordination, and ongoing service requests across multiple accounts
    • Anticipate client needs and proactively guide coverage decisions and policy adjustments
    • Maintain and optimize account data within EPIC and related systems
    • Manage high-volume client communication with urgency and accuracy
    • Support and guide junior team members or assigned support staff
    • Contribute to operational scalability as the firm prepares to double in size

    What we’re looking for

    • 3–5+ years of small-business experience
    • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (ENC required)
    • Hands-on experience with EPIC (Applied Systems)
    • Proven ability to manage a book of business independently
    • Strong client-facing experience handling renewals, billing, and service
