    Position Overview

    The Account Manager plays a critical role in customer retention, and long-term success. This role serves as the primary point of contact for existing clients, managing onboarding, training, and ongoing account support while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

    The Account Manager also acts as a key liaison between Sales and Privacy Operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience from implementation through ongoing service.

    This is a salary + commission position reporting to the Director of Sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    Serve as the primary account owner for assigned clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth

    Onboard new clients, including:

    Creating and implementing customer portals

    Performing quality assurance

    Notifying clients upon successful setup

    Train clients on Ironwall services, features, and best practices to ensure successful program adoption

    Identify and execute opportunities for:

    Upselling additional services

    Cross-selling products

    Adding additional user seats

    Act as the primary liaison between clients and Privacy Operations, particularly for:

    Emergency protocols

    Search-related issues

    Specialized customer needs

    Collaborate closely with Sales and internal teams to support account growth

    Perform additional duties as assigned

    Performance Metrics

    Success in this role will be measured by:

    Customer retention rates

    Account growth beyond baseline metrics

    Total revenue expansion within existing accounts

    What We’re Looking For

    Strong relationship-building and communication skills

    Experience in account management, customer success, or sales

    Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

    Comfort working cross-functionally with sales and operations teams

    A proactive, customer-first mindset

    (Experience in SaaS, subscription services, or privacy/security solutions is a plus.)

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary: $85,000-100,000 / year (depending on experience)

    Commission: between 4%-8% depending on type of account

    Benefits:
