John Lee GEICO Local Office is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and eager to learn. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly preferred, as you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with new and existing customers.

Follow up with customers and prospects to develop opportunities.

Have needs-based conversations to understand customers' insurance needs.

Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options.

Develop leads and schedule appointments.

Prepare and present appropriate insurance solutions.

Provide friendly, professional customer service.

Maintain accurate customer information and follow agency processes.

Work with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
