Account Manager Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Account Manager to oversee key client relationships and guide our account management team. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for managing top-tier accounts, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with high-value clients, serving as their trusted advisor
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables
- Analyze client goals and align services to deliver measurable results
- Oversee the preparation of reports, account plans, and service agreements
- Address escalated issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement
- Identify opportunities for account growth and service improvements
- Lead strategic meetings with clients to review performance and plan future initiatives
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date account documentation in CRM systems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management or client success, with leadership responsibilities within industrial and/or distribution companies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple high-profile accounts
- Valid driver’s license (for client travel, if applicable)
