    Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments

    • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and account updates

    • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and client communications

    • Monitor account progress and ensure expectations are clearly aligned

    • Support problem-solving efforts and contribute to continuous process improvement
