    Job Overview

    We are seeking an Account Manager to maintain and grow our existing customer base. This is a relationship-driven role that combines attentive customer service with strategic upselling. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in keeping DVW engaged with every account. While maintaining relationships will be a major part of the role, there is also a strong emphasis on growing accounts, particularly through custom branded packaging solutions. This is an outside sales position, requiring regular face-to-face customer interaction, supported by email, phone, and CRM follow-up.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all existing customer accounts, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
    • Conduct regular in-person visits with business owners, store managers, and department managers.
    • Assess customer needs, propose tailored product solutions, and provide samples when necessary.
    • Maintain strong account retention while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Focus on expanding sales of custom branded products while also growing standard product lines.
    • Keep detailed account notes and sales activities updated in Monday.com CRM.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and marketing team to align account strategies with company initiatives.
    • Measure success through account growth, retention, upsell revenue, and customer satisfaction.

    Desired Experience

    • Experience with foodservice, grocery, or distribution industries is a plus.
    • Proven ability to maintain long-term client relationships while delivering growth.
    • Strong organizational background — able to manage multiple accounts without losing attention to detail.
