Account Manager - Online Marketing - Base Salary to 55k/year - Mechanicsburg, PA

• Our client, a well-established online marketing company is currently seeking an Account Manager (internally titled Affiliate Account Manager) for their Mechanicsburg, PA location!
• They are seeking candidates with 1+ years’ experience in Affiliate Account Management, Media Buying or Interactive Marketing and strong MS Office/ Excel skills. Role is Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm, in-office.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize resources, social media, and referrals, to prospect and recruit new affiliates
  
• Build strong relationships with affiliates via regular & timely contact via phone, video, email, etc. to relay and document important information
  
• Use compelling sales tactics (stats, conversion, EPC, brand highlights) to encourage affiliates to test company offers for their success
  
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and affiliates to identify key strategic partners and traffic opportunities, while maintaining or increasing traffic volume
  
• Negotiate payment terms, requirements for payments, dates of payments and collect all necessary legal documentation
  
• Work closely with internal departments to provide or facilitate affiliate support, meeting their needs and requests promptly
  
• Utilize company-provided tools to ensure legal compliance

Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business preferred
  
• 1 + years of prior experience in sales or marketing (Affiliate/ Account Management, Media Buying or similar)
  
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  
• Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to effectively develop and manage internal and external business relationships
  

Compensation:

• Base salary 40k - 55k/year
  
• Commission = 1% of revenue generated on accounts (the provided starter accounts should net this role approx. 2-4k per month)
