    Shift Schedule: 6am -2 pm (Day)

    Location: La Palma.

    Start date: ASAP

    Payrate: $17-$23 per hour

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our healthcare recruiting team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strong healthcare facility relationships, coordinating staffing needs, and ensuring successful placement support for travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate is organized, sales-oriented, and experienced in healthcare staffing or recruiting environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage and grow relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities

    Serve as the primary point of contact for client staffing needs and service issues

    Coordinate with recruiters to match qualified candidates to open positions

    Negotiate bill rates, contracts, and assignment details with clients

    Monitor job orders, fill ratios, and client satisfaction metrics

    Conduct regular client follow-ups and business development outreach

    Ensure compliance with credentialing, onboarding, and healthcare staffing requirements

    Maintain accurate client records and activity in CRM/ATS systems

    Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to meet placement goals

    Identify opportunities for account expansion and new business growth

    Requirements

    Minimum 1–2 years of account management, healthcare staffing, or recruiting experience preferred

    Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

    Experience working in healthcare recruiting, travel nursing, or allied staffing is highly preferred

    Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Proficiency with CRM/ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

    Preferred Qualifications

    Existing relationships with healthcare facilities or MSP/VMS experience

    Knowledge of travel healthcare staffing processes and compliance requirements

    Sales or business development background within healthcare staffing industry
