The ideal candidate will proactively coordinate with external vendors to schedule and oversee services, while maintaining regular communication with clients. Qualifications: • Demonstrated skills in effective communication and negotiation • Completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Proven track record of 5+ years in industry-specific account management • Experience with CRM platforms and relationship management tools is advantageous • Ability to oversee multiple accounts and achieve targets without fail • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with both internal teams and external vendors to achieve client objectives. • Proven track record of building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and vendors, exceeding their expectations consistently. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with industry standards and company policies, ensuring all client communications adhere to these guidelines. • Ability to identify opportunities for service expansion and account growth, contributing to the company's success. • Experience in facilities management, coordinating, and overseeing service delivery to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. Compensation: $50,000 - $67,000 yearly
