We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Sales/Account Representative, also known as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and maintaining the visibility and availability of Boar's Head products in retail locations. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers while promoting our premium delicatessen products. Account Management & Sales Execution • Develop and maintain strong relationships with grocery store managers and department leads. • Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. • Achieve sales targets for Boar’s Head products including Fresh Slice, and promotional items. • Identify growth opportunities and execute strategic plans to expand product assortment and shelf presence. • Retail Operations & Merchandising • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. • Ensure planogram compliance, inventory accuracy, and timely product replenishment. • Support store teams with training, product education, and promotional execution. • Compliance & Brand Standards • Uphold Boar’s Head brand integrity through consistent merchandising, signage, and customer engagement. • Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety standards, and retail security protocols. • Reporting & Communication • Provide regular updates on account performance, market trends, and customer feedback. • Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, promotional planning, and issue resolution.
