About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll own relationships with a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients, primarily financial or business decision-makers. You’ll lead renewals, uncover opportunities for expansion, and act as a consultative partner to help clients fully leverage the platform for high-value outcomes
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the post-sale relationship for a book of SaaS clients, managing onboarding, adoption, and renewals
Build strong relationships with business-oriented, financially minded buyers
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and retention
Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, product, insights) to solve challenges and deliver strategic solutions
Present data-driven insights, product updates, and best practices through calls, demos, and workshops
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing SaaS roles
Proven experience managing the renewals process for B2B SaaS customers
Familiarity with GTM motions involving $20–50k deal sizes and a business buyer persona
Experience working with financially oriented business stakeholders
Demonstrated success in a high-touch, strategic SaaS environment
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in account management, customer success, or sales
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
Interest in startups, VC, or SaaS platforms
Experience supporting or selling a B2B product
