Scope Technologies, Inc., located in downtown Denver, CO, is looking for one Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
With thousands of customers and strategic partnerships, we're changing how Contractors, Manufacturers, Building Material Distributors, and Property & Casualty Insurance companies create field-building measurements, blueprint takeoffs, estimates, and material purchase orders. Our platform allows our end users to enter an address of a building, residential or commercial and receive a complete exterior blueprint in as little as three hours.

We are looking for representatives that want to grow into a selling Account Manager Team Leader position, Major Account Management, or Channel Account Management within six - twenty-four months.
Job Responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be on customer retention by contacting dedicated accounts by telephone to train, service, and sell our Take Off reports, Monthly Memberships, SaaS, and becoming a trusted business advisor to our customers.
You will be responsible for outbound calls to your regional-based customers, falling upon real-time hand-offs from your partnering Account Executive, working within our CRM to track all your activity, closing sales of our monthly memberships, and managing a growing client base.
You'll present our suite of products using various techniques to show our product suite's Use Cases and ROI.
Prepare daily and weekly analysis on call volume, closing percentages, sales, account management metrics, and sales forecasts.
Work with our customer service representatives and account executives to help create an excellent customer experience for our clients.
Leverage your technology tools to maximize your performance including, but not limited to SaaS CRM, Online Calling Platform, Gong! (AI Sales Tool), Calendly, Google Enterprise Suite, and internal proprietary tools.
Candidate Requirements:
1 - 3 years of work experience in a customer service or accounts management role where you grew a book of business every month while ranking in the top ten percent of all your peers.
You strive to be excellent in every phase of your work life. You're dependable, hard-working, focused, determined, and accountable.
You're collaborative yet competitive. You have solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and account management skills.
You have a proven track record of growing a continuous new business book of dedicated clients while creating revenue during an extended onboarding time.
You're prepared to play a key role within a growth start-up organization selling disruptive technology to help our organization grow in a meaningful way.
This position will ideally transition into senior account management, channel, enterprise, or a major account management role within 1-3 years of proven sales and customer retention numbers, so you must be motivated to accelerate your career.

Not afraid to make the daily activity of a minimum of 70 Outbound Dials, Daily Lead Follow-Up, 30-50 prospect emails & follow-ups, and schedule and close 1-3 demos per day with existing clients.
