Small Business Bookkeeper (Multiple Clients)

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to manage several small business clients. The ideal candidate has an accounting background and has worked with small to mid-sized businesses (ideally multiple clients at once).

Our team is fully remote and offers flexibility and full-time hours. While we expect team members to check emails daily (Monday through Friday), working on weekends is entirely optional and not a requirement.

Position Description

Serve as the day-to-day bookkeeper/accountant for multiple small and mid-size businesses

Daily/Weekly/Monthly interaction with clients

Process oversight for accounts payable, receivables, reconciling, etc.

Business problem solver - Help our clients improve and grow their businesses

Key Responsibilities

Regular communication with clients to learn their needs and deliver results

Assist clients in developing operational budgets

Attention to detail and timeliness

Committed to accurate accounting for clients

Ability to take a mess and create clarity

Lead client management & accounting meetings

Provide high quality work and integrity in business activities

Skills / Experience / Education

Helpful Software experience (QuickBooks, QBO, MS Office)

3 Years + QBO/Bookkeeping experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Detail oriented / Strong critical thinking / Business minded

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50k-$70k/year average, based on client load. Our pay structure is base + profit sharing on your book of business.
