We’re looking for a Field Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment to represent our mobile cardiac telemetry and remote monitoring solutions across an assigned territory.
This is a highly interactive, field-based role requiring regular in-person visits to clinics, hospitals, and medical offices.
🩺 What You’ll Do:
As a Field Account Manager, you’ll serve as the direct connection between our technology and the providers who rely on it — primarily through face-to-face engagement in your region. You will:
Actively travel throughout your assigned territory to meet with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
Conduct in-person presentations, product demonstrations, and onboarding sessions with physicians, administrators, and staff.
Develop and execute sales strategies that exceed targets and expand market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through on-site visits, networking, and relationship-building.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, operations, support) to ensure seamless implementation and service delivery.
Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in cardiac monitoring technology.
Tailor solutions to meet each client’s operational and clinical needs.
Track field activity, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Provide accurate forecasting and territory insights to leadership.
đź§ What You Bring:
Prior experience in field sales or account management within medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare services preferred (cardiology experience is a strong plus).
Proven ability to engage clients in person, deliver presentations, and close business in a face-to-face environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you build trust quickly and represent the company with professionalism.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage a territory independently and travel consistently.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly within your assigned region.
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking.
Existing relationships within cardiology practices, outpatient clinics, or hospital systems are a strong advantage.
Familiarity with remote cardiac monitoring (Holter, Event, MCT) is a plus.

While experience is preferred, we’re willing to train the right candidate. If you’re motivated, coachable, and confident in building relationships in person, we’ll provide the training and support needed for success.

This is a W2 position (salary + commission) transitioning to a commission-focused structure after key benchmarks are achieved. Our compensation plan is designed to reward performance and growth:
Base salary + uncapped commission
Earnings tied directly to accounts you acquire and grow
