What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of small business clients
• Prepare and file individual and business tax returns
• Generate monthly and year-end financial statements
• Process payroll and related filings
• Communicate with clients regarding financial questions, deadlines, and planning
• Use both QuickBooks Online and Desktop to manage financial data
• (Bonus) Work with UltraTax to streamline tax prep processes

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or tax roles
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Desktop
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, tax prep, financial statements, and payroll
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• (Preferred) Experience with UltraTax software
• Comfortable working in a small office environment and wearing multiple hats
