    Surface Experts is a locally owned small business, and we’re growing. We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients protect and maintain their properties.

    What You’ll Do

    As an Account Manager at Surface Experts, you’ll be the face of our company in the community.

    Your Day-to-Day

    Meet with 10–15 contacts per day

    Conduct on-site visits, phone calls, emails, and presentations

    Build relationships with:

    Property Managers

    Facilities & Maintenance Teams

    Realtors

    Hotels

    Movers

    Construction Companies

    Educate clients on our services and how we solve surface damage problems

    Track leads and activity in our CRM from first contact to work order

    Develop and execute a sales strategy for your territory

    What We’re Looking For

    ✔ Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable ✔ Organized and detail-oriented ✔ Comfortable working independently with accountability ✔ Professional, caring, and service-minded ✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record ✔ Comfortable in a metrics-based, process-driven sales role

    Bonus Points If You Have:

    Experience in property management, real estate, or construction

    CRM experience

    Background in base + commission sales
