    What You’ll Do

    This is a field-based, commission-driven role where your hustle and hands-on skills go hand-in-hand.

    • Prospect & Sell: Walk into restaurants and foodservice businesses to identify gasket replacement needs and pitch our services.

    • Close Deals: Follow up on leads, return to previous estimates, and convert interest into paid work.

    • Install & Repair: Replace refrigeration gaskets and minor hardware on-site (you’ll be kneeling, crawling, and using hand tools).

    • Deliver Service: Represent The SEALS with professionalism, speed, and a friendly attitude.

    • Stay Organized: Use QuickBooks Online and Salesforce to log jobs and manage prospects.

    • Stay Mobile: Use your own reliable vehicle to travel between client locations throughout your territory.

    • Don’t worry—we provide full training on our products and installation process.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Outgoing and personable—you enjoy starting conversations with new people.
    • Mechanically inclined—you’re good with tools and don’t mind physical work.
    • Sales experience—especially in field sales or B2B outreach.
    • Tech-savvy—comfortable using apps, navigation, Salesforce, and QuickBooks.
    • Reliable—own transportation and a valid driver’s license are a must.
    • Growth-minded—your hustle determines your paycheck. Bonus Points For:
    • Experience in restaurants or commercial kitchens
    • Familiarity with health inspections or refrigeration equipment
