Job Summary An Account Manager (AM) is responsible for providing quarterly inspections to our existing customers to generate new orders. In most cases, the AM will be responsible for performing the labor to fulfill the order. A portion of you time will also be spent generating new business opportunities and growing the customer base for The Seals franchise.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify potential clients within the assigned territory
Conduct sales presentations and build relationships with key decision-makers
Drive lead generation through cold calls, email outreach, networking events, and referrals
Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
Collaborate with the franchise owner and internal team to transition closed sales to operations
Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
The installation of refrigeration gaskets and other products in commercial kitchens, mostly restaurants.
Qualifications
Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience using CRM tools is preferred
Knowledge of service-based industries is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic handyman skills
