    Responsibilities of the Account Manager

    • Serve as the primary point of contact with customers pertaining to our client's tight tolerance machined components and assemblies used in the aerospace, commercial, heavy mobile equipment, medical and automotive industries
    • Serve as a technical liaison between both parties
    • Identify new business opportunities within the current client base plus outside the current client base
    • Be an internal spokesperson regarding advancements in the industry and stay abreast of the growth of the competitors
    • Be willing to travel at least 75% of the time both domestically and internationally
    • Work closely with the engineering team pertaining to quotes and project schedules
    • Assist with New Product Development to meet OEM customer and distributor needs

    Requirements of the Account Manager

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, accounting, finance or similar discipline is required
    • Master's degree in engineering or other discipline is a plus but not required
    • At least 2 years of experience in a sales, account management, project management or applications engineering is a plus
    • PMP project certification is a plus
    • A background with the heavy mobile equipment industry, machined components, hydraulics, pneumatics or mechatronics is a plus

    Compensation for the Account Manager

    The targeted annual base salary for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 per year or more plus bonus depending on experience.
