The primary role of the Custom Account Manager (AM) is to oversee countertop projects throughout the production cycle from start to finish. Compensation: • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year • Health, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance • 401 (k) Employer Matching • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • First point of contact with retail/custom builders we serve • Intake of new customer information into our job tracking system • Prepare quotes/pricing for a project using dimensions from our measurement team • Confirming all information prior to the template with the customer/builder • Send email confirmations to customers and project managers prior to the template and installation • Following up after the project is complete to ensure the customer experienced A+ service throughout all phases of the project Qualifications: • Have worked at a Granite/Stone Fabrication/Installation Company previously (preferred). • Have an Interest in home design/decorating/remodeling. • Possess a friendly and welcoming demeanor and a passion for helping people/customer service. • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to work well under pressure. • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets. • Strong attention to detail. • Problem-solving skills. • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. • Trustworthy and can be counted on to safeguard the confidentiality of not only our business but the clients as well.
