The Delia Group — one of Southeast Michigan’s fastest-growing and most trusted real estate teams — is seeking a Lead Generation Associate / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our high-performing sales division. As the first point of contact for hundreds of warm leads generated each month through our proven marketing strategies, you’ll play a critical role in converting interest into opportunities. Your primary focus will be setting appointments and fueling the success of our dedicated buyer and listing specialists. Compensation: • $80,000+ Expected First Year Earnings • Unlimited Bonus Potential • PTO and paid holidays • Health Benefits • Training and Coaching Opportunities • Growth Potential Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to all new inbound leads within 2 minutes and answer incoming calls within 4 rings to create a high-touch first impression. • Make 100+ contact attempts daily via phone, text, email, and other outreach tools across multiple platforms. • Hold a minimum of 20 meaningful two-way conversations per day to qualify leads, uncover timelines, and understand motivation, especially for sellers and serious buyers. • Set at least 15 qualified appointments per week for our buyer and listing agents, ensuring detailed handoffs and a smooth client experience. • Accurately document all lead activity in the CRM, including notes, contact status, and appointment details, to keep the team aligned. • Engage in daily huddles, roleplay, and team-based sales training to sharpen your skills and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: • Competitive and winning attitude - Must want to be #1. • Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Passion to hunt. • Determined and not easily intimidated. • Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone talking to potential customers. • Exceptional telephone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone. • Ability to learn and internalize the sales process. • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed. • Coachable team player.
