    Job Description

    Reports To: Client Service Team Leader

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service.
    • Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across P&C and Life & Health lines. Assist with gathering underwriting information and preparing submission materials.
    • Maintain strong carrier relationships to secure competitive quotes and solutions for clients.
    • Ensure the successful renewal and retention of accounts through proactive service and relationship management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the AMS360 agency management system.
    • Collaborate with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal stakeholders to support client needs. Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other routine service items efficiently and accurately.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred
    • Formal sales training preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales required, 3-5 years of experience strongly preferred, some experience in B2B outside sales.
    • Experience in construction, traffic control, infrastructure, or related industries strongly preferred
    • Strong written and oral presentation and communication skills in English, bilingual Spanish is a plus
    • Strong customer orientation with demonstrated experience developing strong partnerships by understanding and anticipating business needs of the customer and maintaining customer satisfactions
    • Proven track record of growing market share, including using cold calls to establish new accounts
    • Proven ability to manage sales and profits against forecasts and targets
    • Results-driven, high-energy, resourceful, self-motivated, able to work independently, and has a positive, “make it work” attitude
    • Proficient in using technology such as MS Office, CRM, business-related social media, etc.
    • Commitment to adhering to and promoting safe workplace practices.
    • Hours of operation are typically 7 a.m.- 4 p.m., M-F
    • Must maintain a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record, free of suspension or revocation, and willingness to travel at least 50%, mainly within assigned territory

    The salary range for this position is $80K - $90K + Bonus + Company Vehicle & Gas Card. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
