Responsibilities: • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and in-person interactions to ensure customer satisfaction. • Process insurance policy changes, renewals, and payments in the system to meet policyholder needs efficiently. • Guide customers through the insurance claims process and assist in expediting claim resolution for a seamless experience. • Work collaboratively with the sales team to promote cross-selling of insurance products and enhance customer loyalty. • Maintain records and documentation to comply with company policies and regulatory requirements for all States where we do business. • Attentive in all trainings. • Maintain all necessary licensing. Qualifications: • At least 5 years of customer service experience is required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. • Excellent communication skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must. • Must type 40+ words per minute. • Must be authorized to work in the US. • Must have a General Lines Property and Casualty License with 90 days. • Must have a CISR designation within 12 months of hire. Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 on target
