    Part-Time | Weekdays | $24.50/Hour | On-Site (Frederick, MD)

    About the Role: The Account Manager serves as the main point of contact for clients after they have booked their event at Ceresville Mansion. This role focuses on ensuring an exceptional planning experience by gathering event details, coordinating with vendors, hosting menu and venue planning meetings, and preparing clients for a smooth event day transition to our Day-of Event Manager.

    The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple weddings at various planning stages while providing warm, professional communication throughout the process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for booked clients from contract signing through event planning.

    Schedule and conduct planning and menu meetings with clients.

    Collect and organize all event details, vendor contacts, timelines, and layout preferences.

    Communicate with clients about policies, deadlines, and planning milestones.

    Coordinate internally with culinary, service, and decor teams to ensure details are accurate and complete.

    Prepare finalized event information for handoff to the Day-of Event Manager.

    Keep client files and updates organized in TripleSeat and other internal systems.

    Schedule & Compensation:

    Schedule: Weekday hours only (in-office). Wednesdays are required.

    May work three 8-hour days per week or shorter days totaling at least 24 hours weekly.

    Compensation: $24.50 per hour (based on experience).

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or account management preferred.

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.

    Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented demeanor.
