This person works remotely, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and drive satisfaction. You'll also track account performance and identify opportunities for growth to enhance overall client experience. Visible Agent is looking for an Account Manager who can run point with confidence, clarity, and momentum. We help elite agents dominate their local markets through Google, SEO, and GEO. Your role is to connect the strategy to the client, keep projects moving, and make sure nothing slips. Responsibilities: • Oversee adherence to company policies and industry standards in all client communications • Partner with internal teams to harmonize strategies for meeting client needs • Spot process enhancement opportunities and apply proven practices • Oversee client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention • Assess client outcomes and relay performance metrics Qualifications: • Competence in using CRM software and client management tools is a plus • Business, Marketing, or related field degree necessary • Ability to negotiate and communicate clearly and effectively • Demonstrated success in handling several accounts while achieving goals regularly • You have 2+ years in account management, client success, or agency project leadership • You are comfortable on Zoom, in Slack, and in structured workflows • You know how to keep conversations calm, focused, and productive • You like being responsible for outcomes, not just updates • You are organized, proactive, and hard to rattle • You care about details, follow through, and client experience • You enjoy working with high-level professionals who expect excellence Compensation: $45,000 yearly
