Responsibilities: • Meet with prospective clients to understand their financial goals • Educate clients on life insurance and wealth-building strategies • Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships • Stay compliant with all regulatory and licensing requirements • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs Qualifications: • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented • Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) • Background in finance, real estate, or business is a plus Compensation: $60,000 yearly
