About the Role: We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This is a full-time, in-office position focused 100% on customer service — no sales required. The ideal candidate will bring prior office or professional experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to supporting our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met accurately and efficiently

Manage policy changes, renewals, certificates, billing questions, and other service-related requests

Communicate with clients to resolve inquiries and maintain strong relationships

Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with agency procedures and industry regulations

Collaborate closely with other team members to deliver a seamless client experience

Qualifications:

Prior office or professional experience required (insurance experience a plus but not required)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Insurance license preferred but not required — must be willing to obtain
