We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee full-cycle accounting operations in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and optimizing accounting processes using NetSuite ERP. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a lean environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice review, approvals, and timely payments.

• Oversee the general ledger, journal entries, and month-end close processes.

• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statements.

• Prepare internal financial reports for management and ownership.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.

• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

• Support external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.

• Identify and implement process improvements within NetSuite ERP to increase efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing, food production, or similar industries.

• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and month-end close processes.

• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP is required.

• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, lean environment.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
