About the Role:

Join Azar International Inc as an Account Payable Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions. Located in Paramus, NJ, we are dedicated to providing top-notch services and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Process and manage accounts payable transactions using NetSuite and RAMP systems.

Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.

Ensure timely payments to vendors and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes.

Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Continuously seek improvements in accounts payable processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably with NetSuite and RAMP.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
