    Bemana is seeking an Integrated Account Manager to join a leading industrial distribution company. In this role, you will serve as the primary onsite representative at a key customer location in El Cajon, CA, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high level of customer support. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, driving service performance, overseeing operational execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    The Integrated Account Manager works closely with customer stakeholders, sales teams, supply chain, branch personnel, supplier partners, and support teams to ensure services and solutions align with the customer's goals. This role blends relationship management with hands-on operational oversight, helping drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and long-term partnership success while serving as a trusted resource within the customer's facility.

    Position Offers:

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary onsite contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate daily account operations, including order management, service support, issue resolution, and execution of customer-specific programs.
    • Monitor inventory levels, demand trends, replenishment needs, and inventory accuracy while partnering with Supply Chain to address stock, excess inventory, and customer requirements.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Branch Operations, suppliers, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, optimize inventory, and enhance overall customer operations.
    • Support customer adoption of Stellar products, programs, and value-added solutions while communicating growth opportunities to the sales team.
    • Maintain accurate records, provide regular performance updates, and communicate customer concerns, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders.

    Required Knowledge & Skills:

    • 3–7 years of experience in customer service, account management, operations, inventory management, supply chain, or industrial distribution.
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
    • Knowledge of inventory management, replenishment practices, and order processing.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ERP/order management systems such as P21.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
