POSITION OVERVIEW:

In this role, you'll connect with prospective clients, identify their insurance needs, and provide customized coverage solutions. Whether you're an experienced insurance professional or someone with strong sales skills looking to enter the industry, you'll receive training, support, and opportunities to build a rewarding career.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Generate quotes and present coverage options.
Follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing opportunities.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency growth goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
