    Responsibilities:

    Engage with leads, generate quotes, and close new business

    Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions

    Build lasting relationships to drive retention and referrals

    Deliver a high level of service throughout the customer lifecycle

    Follow up on cross-sell, upsell, and win-back opportunities

    Requirements:

    Active Property & Casualty license

    Prior insurance sales experience required

    Comfortable working remotely using CRM systems and quoting tools

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills
