Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and account updates
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service quality
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company services
Prepare and deliver reports on account status and performance
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or sales
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
Detail-oriented with a proactive and client-focused approach
