    ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a motivated and positive customer-focused Account Representative to join our insurance agency. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our clients and prospects through phone, email, text, or in-person interactions. You will manage customer policies, providing consultative support while expanding and servicing existing coverage. This position offers opportunities to build relationships that can lead to referral business.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or fax, ensuring accurate processing and documentation.

    Update, Organize and Manage client information and activities in agency management system.

    Review renewals, process endorsements, requote, remarket, upsell coverage when applicable, and identify cross-sell needs.

    Identify and act on account rounding and referral opportunities.

    New policy issuance, including gathering information, quoting, and processing applications.

    Assist clients with claims by providing coverage guidance and claim resolution support.

    Process policy cancellations and handle billing inquiries.

    Ensure compliance with underwriting requirements and work with clients to maintain coverage.

    Attend meetings, adhere to workflows, maintain licensing/designations, and participate in professional development.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

    Property/Casualty insurance license (must obtain within 60 days of start date)
