Mid-State Sales is looking for an Account Representative who isn’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty, solve real problems, and be the go-to person for customers in a fast-moving, industrial environment.
We’re not a call center. We’re a fluid conveyance manufacturer that’s been serving customers since 1969. Our team works directly with hydraulic hose and tube assemblies—supporting customers who depend on us to keep their operations running.

What You’ll Actually Do
This role sits at the center of everything, such as customers, sales, purchasing, and production.
Take ownership of customer accounts from order to delivery
Talk with customers daily (phone, email) to understand what they need and when they need it
Build quotes, check pricing, and confirm lead times
Work directly with the shop and purchasing team to make sure orders get built on time
Solve problems when things don’t go as planned (because sometimes they won’t)
Help identify opportunities to grow accounts and win more business
Learn our products inside and out so you can confidently recommend solutions
