Position Overview: As an Account Representative, you will work directly with customers to help them understand their coverage options, answer questions about their policies, and identify opportunities to better protect what matters most to them. You will also assist with new quotes, policy changes, and ongoing service needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys conversations with customers and wants to build long-term relationships while developing professional skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with insurance quotes, coverage options, and policy recommendations
Answer questions regarding policies, billing, and coverage updates
Process policy changes and maintain accurate customer records
Follow up with leads and opportunities to help grow the agency’s customer base
Conduct coverage reviews and help customers understand their protection options
Provide friendly, responsive service that builds trust and long-term relationships
Qualifications:
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Insurance experience helpful but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers
Willingness to obtain insurance licensing if not already licensed
