    We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Representative to join our Birmingham team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact between our company and our clients, helping to manage accounts, understand client needs, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns and services. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional value and foster long-term client relationships.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments

    • Understand client goals and develop strategies to meet their expectations

    • Monitor account performance and provide updates and reports

    • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently

    • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support client initiatives

    • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts

    • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

    • 1+ year of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
