Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 annually

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated Account Representative to join our team. This role offers a balance of sales and service responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to help customers protect what matters most while also building lasting relationships.
You will assist both new and existing customers by discussing coverage options, answering policy questions, and helping identify the right solutions for their needs.
Candidates with an active insurance license are strongly preferred, but we are happy to support the right individual through the licensing process and will cover the cost of obtaining required licenses.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with insurance coverage options including auto, home, and life insurance
Develop new business through referrals, conversations, and follow-up opportunities
Provide support to existing policyholders by answering questions and handling policy updates
Conduct coverage reviews to ensure customers have the protection they need
Maintain accurate records and follow agency procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance license preferred
If not currently licensed, willingness to obtain licensing with agency support
Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is helpful
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer needs
