Insurance Sales Professional – Allstate Agency (Charleston, SC | Uncapped Income + Real-Time Leads)

We are a high-performance Allstate agency based in the Charleston area looking for driven, competitive individuals who want to win.

This is not a typical sales job. We provide real-time, high-intent leads, elite training, and a system designed to help you close business.

What You’ll Do

Close inbound insurance opportunities (no cold calling grind)

Work real-time leads through our proprietary system

Build and manage relationships with agency customers

Cross-sell auto, home, renters, and life policies

Educate clients and position coverage—not just price

Deliver a strong, professional customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven

Strong communicator who can build trust quickly

Sales experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)

Able to handle volume, follow up, and close consistently

Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life license (if not already licensed)
