Property Soar is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, and supporting the business development team. This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Maintain and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
Monitor account activity and report on progress and metrics
Address client issues promptly and professionally
Contribute to team goals and revenue targets
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professional demeanor with a problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Columbus, OH
