Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to manage client relationships, handle service requests, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves direct communication with clients and internal teams to support ongoing staffing projects and deliver tailored workforce solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
Prepare and deliver client reports, updates, and service documentation
Identify opportunities for account growth and recommend service improvements
Resolve any client issues with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of account activity and communications
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
