    Position Overview: We are seeking a licensed Property/Casualty Account Representative to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role is sales-focused and centered on helping customers with auto and home insurance needs through consultative conversations and proactive follow-up.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for flexible hours while staying actively engaged in a sales role.

    Schedule:

    20–30 hours per week

    Remote position

    Schedule options include:

    Tuesday / Thursday / Friday

    Tuesday / Thursday with a floating Monday or Friday

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sell and service personal lines products, including auto and homeowners insurance

    Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate coverage options

    Follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales opportunities

    Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups

    Accurately document activity and maintain customer records

    Meet individual sales activity and production expectations

    Requirements:

    Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)

    Prior experience selling auto and home insurance

    Strong communication and phone skills

    Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

    Organized, reliable, and able to manage a part-time schedule effectively

    This role is ideal for a licensed professional who enjoys sales, values flexibility, and wants to remain customer-facing without a full-time schedule.
