    ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    As a Sales Account Representative for Seth Walizer State Farm Agency, you are responsible for driving growth through proactive sales conversations, lead follow-up, relationship building, and uncovering opportunities within both new and existing households. You will help customers protect what matters most while playing a major role in the continued growth of the agency.

    This is not a passive service role. We are looking for a true salesperson who is mature, self-motivated, coachable, and energized by results. The right person will thrive in a scoreboard-driven environment, take ownership of their work, and embrace the opportunity to earn strong income through consistent performance. This is a role for someone who wants a chance to build something meaningful and perform at a high level.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Proactively generate and close new business opportunities
    • Follow up on leads and maintain strong sales activity
    • Build relationships with prospects and current customers
    • Identify gaps in coverage and recommend relevant insurance products
    • Support customers through needs based conversations.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
    • Learn and follow agency systems, conversations, and sales processes
    • Contribute to a high-performance team culture built on accountability and results

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Sales-minded, competitive, and goal-oriented
    • Confident on the phone and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
    • Mature, accountable, and self-directed
    • Coachable and willing to practice, improve, and grow
    • Experience in sales preferred
    • Insurance licensing preferred, or ability to obtain licensing quickly if hired
    • Ability to thrive in a high-expectation, high-opportunity environment

    Compensation:

    Compensation includes a competitive base pay plus commission. This opportunity will allow you to make $75,000-$100,000+ , with additional upside for exceptional performers.
