Responsibilities:
Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general service needs
Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance products
Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
Maintain accurate and organized customer records
Support overall office goals through both service and sales efforts
Qualifications:
Willingness to obtain required licenses (agency will cover licensing costs)
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Coachable and eager to learn
